With fixed assets of more than RMB 10 million yuan and annual yield of over RMB 30 million yuan. It covers an area of 25,000㎡ and there are 15,000㎡of construction area in use . It possesses 22 Haitian brand plastic moulding machines. 1 set of 30g level, 8 sets of 100g level, 2 sets of 160g level, 8 sets of 250g level, 1 set of 300g level, 1 set of 800g level and 1 set of 3000g level.These machines are authenticated by CE and in excellent state. The plant possesses independent power distribution equipment and a group of 300KW electric generator, and has special equipment for gilding, printing, and spraying, and small-sized plastic palletizing sets. The mould manufacturing department possesses a set of 1800V machining center Jiangzhe brand from Taiwan, E1218 PM sparking machine Yiqing brand from Taiwan, RENISHAW scanner from UK, handle measuring machines from Beijing astronautical institute, 6330 radial driller from Zhongjie, line-incised machine from Shuzhou Sanguang, grinding machines and milling machines from Hangzhou. The company has CAD/CAM center which use Israel cimatron software and has setup specific interface such as PRO/E, UG. All of these will guarantee our excellent ability for developing and manufacturing the new products. On the integrated platform of technology, management and finance founded after 18 years? specialized production of electronic parts and household appliances, Hualong decided to establish the automobile parts division in 2003. It succeeded in series of electric fuel pump research and development and started manufacturing soon. The hi-precision tooling machines imported from Germany and Japan for this project strictly guarantee the product specifications to high standards and requirements. eg.
